Summary: Overall, excellent! One disappointment: 2 elevators out of service for one day; 1 elevator out for 2 1/2 days. No reduction in charge for the inconveniences, but when I tried to get a refund for Monday night, which I had JUST ADDED to our booking an hour beforehand, there was NO WAY that I could speak to anyone about it! That additional night was only booked for ONE HOUR before an emergency came up Monday morning, but I had no chance to cancel it and get any of the unused night’s payment refunded. Some rules should be SLIGHTLY flexible at least! Maybe charge a reasonable cancellation fee or SOMETHING! For THAT reason alone, I will book hotels from now on, where that is an option. As I say, otherwise an absolutely WONDERFUL stay!
